The Role

As a Senior Full Stack Developer at Udayan91, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing high-quality software solutions that drive our mission forward. Located in Kolkata, this position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, enhancing both front-end and back-end functionalities, and significantly contributing to our technological advancements.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable web applications using a variety of programming languages and frameworks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in full stack development.
Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
Strong experience in back-end technologies like Node.js, Python, or Java.
Solid understanding of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker.
Contribution to open-source projects or a strong GitHub profile.
