Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications.
Conduct thorough manual testing to identify defects, issues, and inconsistencies in our SaaS products.
Collaborate with the development team to understand product requirements and provide feedback on functionality.
Document and track defects using our issue tracking system, ensuring clear communication with relevant stakeholders.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions around testing strategies and best practices.
Support the team in creating and maintaining documentation related to testing processes and methodologies.

Required Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Basic understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
Familiarity with manual testing techniques and tools.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to Have Qualifications:

Experience with SaaS applications or cloud-based technologies.
Knowledge of automated testing frameworks or tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit).
Previous internship or project experience in quality assurance or software testing.
Understanding of Agile methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC).
