Role Description :

This is a full-time hybrid role for a LinkedIn Content Strategist based in New Delhi, with some flexibility for remote work.

The LinkedIn Content Strategist will be responsible for developing and managing effective content strategies tailored for LinkedIn, creating engaging and professional content, and ensuring alignment with company goals.

Create engaging and professional LinkedIn content
Ensure content aligns with company goals and brand voice
Craft and manage web and social media content
Optimize posts for maximum engagement and reach
Analyze performance metrics and improve content strategies
Collaborate with internal teams to drive impactful campaigns

Qualifications

Required Skills

Strong Content Strategy and Content Management skills to plan and oversee content delivery
Proficiency in Content Development and Web Content Writing
Excellent writing skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to maintain a consistent professional brand voice
Familiarity with LinkedIn and professional social media platforms
Understanding of LinkedIn content best practices and engagement strategies
Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategy
Strong communication and organizational skills for cross-team collaboration

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
Experience in B2B marketing or professional networking platforms
