The Role

As a Junior Backend Developer at Udayan91, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining the server-side logic of our applications. Your work will enhance the functionality and performance of our digital solutions, contributing to the overall success of our projects. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code.
Implement back-end components using React and integrate them with user-facing elements.
Design and optimize database queries in SQL and MySQL to ensure data integrity and performance.
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Participate in code reviews to maintain high quality and consistency across the codebase.
Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and resolve issues.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
0 to 1 year of experience in backend development.
Proficiency in Java, with a solid understanding of its ecosystem.
Basic knowledge of React for integrating back-end logic with front-end components.
Experience with SQL and MySQL for database management and optimization.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Understanding of RESTful API design and development.
Experience with agile development methodologies.
