About the role
Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Community Manager to join our growing ed-tech brand. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering and engaging our online communities across various platforms, including Skool Group, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Your expertise in AI and community management will help us build meaningful connections, enhance user experiences, and drive growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies to increase participation and interaction across platforms.
- Manage and moderate online communities on Skool Group, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and Instagram, ensuring a positive and inclusive environment.
- Create and curate engaging content tailored to each platform to promote discussions and user-generated content.
- Analyze community feedback and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align community initiatives with overall company goals.
- Organize and facilitate online events, webinars, and discussions to strengthen community bonds.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community management and AI technologies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in community management, social media management, or related roles.
- Proficiency in utilizing AI tools and technologies to enhance community engagement.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Skool Group, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for engaging diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have Qualifications:
- Experience with community-building software and analytics tools.
- Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and SEO best practices.
- Previous experience in a AI-focused environment or startup culture.
- Passion for technology and its potential to transform communities.
