The Role

As an AI Automation Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering high-impact training programs that enhance the proficiency of our students in automation technologies. Based in New Delhi or remotely, you will contribute to nurturing the next generation of AI specialists.

Key Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive training modules on automation tools and strategies.
Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for diverse audiences.
Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
Collaborate with instructional designers to refine course content.
Stay updated with the latest trends in AI automation to integrate them into the curriculum.
Support students in practical projects and real-world applications of automation tools.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of training methodologies and materials.

Required Qualifications

2 to 4 years of experience in AI automation or a related field.
Proficiency in automation tools such as n8n, Claude, Agentic AI, GHL, and Make.com.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners of varying skill levels.
Experience in curriculum design and educational content development.

Nice to Have

Experience with AI-powered chatbots or virtual assistants.
Familiarity with other automation platforms and tools.
Certification in AI or related technologies.
Previous experience in a teaching or training role.
